Grain purchase orders from large industries are received (D+0);

Intelectus and its business partners purchase the respective grains with cash payment to small and medium-sized rural producers (D+1);

Intelectus is responsible for transporting the grains in complete safety and completes the delivery (D+2);

Intelectus receives the adjusted amounts upon delivery of the grains (D+3);

Upon obtaining operating profit, Intelectus remunerates the partners/shareholders according to the contractually adjusted periodicity;
